Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

Custom art projects require full payment up front with screenshot of transaction sent via email.

A processing fee of 20% will be kept and the balance refunded if "Change of Mind" cancellation is made via email within 5 business days of payment

"Change of Mind" cancellation / refund after custom products are made will not be accepted - no refund will be given.
​
A "Proof" of product design will be sent to you for email response approval before manufacturing.
"Change of Mind" cancellation / refund will not be accepted after email approval to manufacture - no refund will be given.

Colours shown on your screen may differ to the colours of your final piece in person.
Postage
Dearest Sally Snowdrop is not liable for damages made once in transit with Australia Post.

If your package arrives damaged you will need to contact Australia Post for a solution.

Parcel Post up to 5Kg = Flat Rate

Postage will come with Tracking

Once your parcel is posted we cannot guarantee postage timelines as this is in the hands of Australia Post.
